Catalogue design & production

For Poole Bay Holdings

As Print Development Manager, my role is to optimise a key channel in our business for some of the most important customer bases. This involves maximising efficiency and performance of printed material and creating new brand identities, best practices, and a continual improvement and evolution of all print.

Responsibilities include managing one of the most important customer channels in our business, with the main focus upon improving response rates through intelligent catalogue design and driving further profitability to the group.

My recreation of several titles combined with a number of improvements to our production processes have fundamentally changed the way we create print, and ensures brand is now something at the heart of all design.
